Insurance accepted: United Health Care, Value Options, Cigna, Medicare, Interface EAP.
 
My standard fee is $100 for the first 60 minute consultation, then $90 for each regular 50 minute session.
If you do not have insurance, a sliding scale is available.
Check or cash only.  Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
